It was down to 11 degrees this morning. That is somewhat cool! Everything frosty, but not snow. Mailed packages to Roxanne and Merlie. Just have Pat's left to mail. Larry put up more lights in the form of stars, pretty. Picked up kids at 2:30 p.m. Chandler had basketball practice at 5:30 p.m. Loralee got home really early tonight. About 4:30 p.m. Suezie was cold, I was watching the news and she wanted under the blanket with me! Loralee & Adrian have a fireplace in the bedroom now. So nice.

On my way home tonight, it was dark and all the Christmas lights on the homes were so beautiful. I do so enjoy the lights and the colors of Christmas. Loralee's house is so Christmas. Her tree is beautiful, and it is not even decorated yet! But the rest of her home is decorated with lots of greens, and lights etc.. really pretty. I did get my packages to Dean mailed off today. Have a couple of more to mail tomorrow,to Roxanne and Merlie. Took Chandler and Carson to lunch at Taco Bell. Chandler had basketball practice this evening. Called Pat, she had surgery on her toe, pretty sore tonight.

When I got up this morning, the weeds and bushes outside were all covered with frost and looked so pretty. I am not overly fond of cold, but I do enjoy the change of weather and the look. Loralee and family went to get a real Christmas tree today. I love the smell of the tree. I am going to try and get some packages ready to mail. I think I am putting that off, as I really don't like doing that. But it must be done.

I have been trying to get into my e-mail, but for some reason it is refusing to accept my password. So frustrating. Now I have wait 24 hours to try again. Oh, well!

I went to water aerobics, and I was the only one there. Myself and the teacher! That's not good. The teacher that had been there the last nine years, last day was Monday. So a few of our regulars switched over to Superior with her. I don't know where the rest were. Hope they come back or they will cancel the class.

It is cloudy and grey today. I mailed my Christmas cards. Wow! That is a first for me this early. Went to lunch at Hometown with Nancy, Larry, Stephanie and her two little ones. Came home and paid bills on line. I do like that service. Tonight Nancy and I are going to a scrapbook class at Sugar & Spice. We will be making six pages to use in our Scrapbooks. These classes are just fun. Fun to do together and with others.

I went to Randy & Valerie's in Sacramento for Thanksgiving. The weather was great. I had a really nice time. Randy & Valerie fixed a great dinner. Randy blended all kids of fresh & dried herbs and covered the turkey. It was quite good. His dressing had loads of vegetables and duck & chuckar in it. Valerie made a broccoli-cheese dish. All was quite good. It was just Randy, Valerie, Jason and myself. Libby made up with me this trip. Even got up on the couch by me and put her head in my lap! Imagine that. Saw Jason's video skydiving. It was great. Although I have never had a need to jump out of a plane.

At 9:15 a.m. Loralee called to ask if I wanted to go to the show New Moon with them. I of course, did. So Nancy and I met them at the theater. It was a good show. I had already read all the books of the Twilight Series. My young grandson, Chandler, got me started on this series. Went to lunch with Nancy, Larry, & Stephanie and her two little ones. I came home and went through my e-mails, and live journal etc. Now I plan to work on my Christmas letter. I already have my cards, just need to get the letter written. At 4:o'clock I want to go to Micheal's and get a container thing to put in more scrapbook supplies. They have 40% off on one item and an additional 15% off on your whole order between 4 - 9 p.m. Happy Thanksgiving to you all.

Took my car into Midas Brakes and had the rear brakes fixed, oil change, battery checked and it "only" cost $308 dollars. Anyway seemed a little high! But is suppose to be for "life"! Nancy and Larry still not feeling well at all. Larry is coughing a lot. He has been sick about two weeks now. But thinks he might be feeling better. So far I haven't caught it, I'm taking Emergen-C every night in hopes it doesn't get me. I just finished reading the novel "Until We Reach Home" by Lynn Austin. A story about three sisters that left Sweden and immigrated to Chicago in 1897. It was interesting. Our high temperature today was 50 degrees and the low suppose to be about 31 degrees.

I was at water aerobics from 8:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Home for breakfast, shower and ready for day. Loralee called about 11:00 and ask if I would like to meet her and Adrian at a house they were thinking of putting a bid on. She gave the address and I met them out there about 12:30 p.m. The house was valued at $1.3 million and was on sale for $795,00 or something like that. It was large and had a lot of patio and a pool with a couple of water falls, and a pizza baking oven build right into the kitchen, not that they eat all that much pizza. Anyway the kitchen was hugh, but I thought the four bedrooms were small, but they had a hugh room that they thought about using as a movie room and entertainment and exercise room and they had another room that was entertaining with a sink, bar and all that. A hugh Entryway, like a living room, but to me there was a lot of wasted space. I did not think the house was well designed. I like the one they are living in much better. But it did have 5 acres or something of land that went with it.
Nancy, Larry and I went to lunch. At 2:15 p.m. I left to pick up the boys. Oversaw homework, piano and reading. Suezie so happy to see us. At 5:45 p.m. I took the boys to Loralee's office as Nancy & I had a scrapbooking class at 6:00 p.m.
The class was fun. And we made two really neat antique pages. They had flowers, ribbons, key and glitter. I will use them in my Heritage books I want to make yet. After class we picked up a mini pizza for supper and came on home.
